A portable industrial styled name plate. The placard separates and nests inside the base. A thumb-sized indent in the top and base allow for easy removal of the placard. The MDF base and extra MDF layer prevent scratching of the black acrylic placard. Designed for the Mechanical Engineering Rapid Prototyping Lab to demonstrate the capabilities of their laser cutters. Personalized name plates were distributed to faculty and staff touring the facilities.
